La Française is committed to acknowledging receipt of your request within 10 business days and will endeavour to respond to you no later than two months following the receipt of your request.
If you do not receive a response within two months, or if you have already contacted Customer Service but are not satisfied with the handling of your request, you may refer the matter to La Française's Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is an independent mediator whose role is to find amicable solutions to disputes.
