La Française Group notes that a website currently impersonates at least one of the Group's German subsidiaries. The company that manages this site uses its membership of the Group to illegally offer to acquire various investment products. To do this, the interested subscriber is invited to provide a certain amount of sensitive personal information (identity card, Bank Identification Statement, and so on...) to make a first payment. We would like to point out that this website does not benefit from any agreement from La Française to use its name or one of its subsidiaries.
We would like to draw your attention to the danger of using websites that do not offer all the necessary guarantees in terms of financial investments and personal data protection.
