We hereby inform shareholders of the sub-fund "La Française Carbon Impact Floating Rates" that the management company, La Française Asset Management, has decided to implement a net asset adjustment mechanism linked to swing pricing, with a triggering threshold for this sub-fund.
This change will come into force on 30 November 2022.
The other features of the sub-fund remain unchanged.
