La Française Real Estate Managers (REM), a real estate asset management firm with over 27 billion euros in assets under management (as at 31/12/2024), has acquired a new Class A logistics platform from Faubourg Promotion (a subsidiary of the IDEC Group) in the Bois Gueslin industrial zone in Mignières (28). The acquisition was made on behalf of the Établissement de retraite additionnelle de la fonction publique (ERAFP).
Located 14 kilometers south of Chartres and only about 100 kilometers southwest of Paris, the platform benefits from excellent accessibility to the A10 and A11 highways. On a plot of 9.2 hectares, the warehouse, which was delivered in March 2025, spans 24,600 sq.m divided into 3 sub-cells and is equipped with photovoltaic panels on the roof. The property has strong ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) credentials, with a BREEAM Very Good certification and the BiodiverCity label. The building was developed by FAUBOURG PROMOTION as the project owner and constructed by IDEC. IDEC ENR SOLAR provided energy solutions.
The platform is fully leased to the PLG Group, a multi-specialist in professional hygiene and a subsidiary of the Bunzl Group, under a long-term lease.
Antoine LE TREUT, Deputy Managing Director in charge of the institutional division for France at La Française REM, stated: “This acquisition illustrates our commitment to building a diversified and resilient real estate portfolio by selecting assets that meet the highest technical and environmental standards. This strategic approach aims to maintain sustainable value and support our clients in the transition to responsible real estate.”
For this transaction, La Française Real Estate Managers was advised by Attal & Associés, Ashurst and ESSOR.
