Professional equality and diversity
The methodology applied to all companies within Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale allowed the calculation of the gender equality index (H/F) for the various entities of the Groupe La Française management as of December 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025, the date of establishment of the new UES (Economic and Social Unit) of Groupe La Française.
It is on this new UES that the gender equality index will now be assessed for Groupe La Française, and an improvement plan will be developed. It is worth noting that the score of 58/100 for UES La Française as of December 31, 2024, is explained by the fact that the score for the indicator related to the gender pay gap is 8/40, and the score for gender parity among the top 10 highest salaries is 0/10.
As gender diversity remains a key issue for La Française, in 2020 our Group launched its internal network, which aims to promote female leadership and encourage gender diversity in the finance professions at all levels of responsibility. Further is an initiative led by a few female employees, sponsored by General Management and open to all internally.
