Enhancing youth employability
La Française supports the younger generation the BlueBuds through tangible initiatives that promote intergenerational knowledge transfer (expertise, know-how, interpersonal skills), essential to their employability and professional success.
Convinced that gender balance is a driver of success, the Group is committed to promoting equality and female leadership at all levels of responsibility, supported by its internal network FurtHer, launched in 2020.
Score evolution following the creation of the new UES La Française
The methodology applied across Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale enabled the calculation of gender equality indices for the various management entities of Groupe La Française as at 31/12/2024 and 01/01/2025, the date of the new UES’s creation.
From now on, the Group’s gender equality index will be assessed on this new UES, and an improvement plan will be developed accordingly.
