La Française Real Estate Managers completes the refinancing of “Balthazar” in Saint-Denis (93), France

La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) recently completed the refinancing of the “Balthazar” building, located at 1 Chemin du Cornillon in Saint-Denis (93). The asset management team of the institutional division of La Française REM has managed this property since its acquisition in 2018 on behalf of two institutional investors. The refinancing was negotiated with HELABA, acting as sole lender.

The 32,000 m² complex, BREEAM In-Use “Excellent” certified, is fully leased to Orange under a long-term lease that was recently renewed.

Antoine LE TREUT, Deputy Managing Director, in charge of La Française REM’s institutional division for France, stated: “With ten refinancing operations completed over the past 24 months, amounting to nearly one billion euros, we have effectively demonstrated the strength of our platform and the quality of the support we provide to both our financial partners and our investors.”

For this transaction, La Française Real Estate Managers was advised by David LACAZE and Marjorie BODINO of Norton Rose Fulbright and by Cécile MIRALLES and Emmanuelle SERANDOUR of Flusin, Notaires & Associés.
