Paris, May 28, 2025: La Française, the multi-specialist asset management division of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, is pleased to announce the appointment of Philippe VERDIER as Secretary General of the La Française group. He succeeds Pascale Auclair in this role. This new position complements his current responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer and member of the executive board of Groupe La Française.
As part of this appointment, the organization of the Secretariat General and the finance department has been streamlined into six main divisions:
- Listed assets– Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Control;
- Unlisted assets – Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Control;
- Legal, Compliance of Distribution activities & Cross-functional;
- Risk Management & Operational Risks;
- Finance;
- Transformation Projects and Coordination.
