We hereby inform shareholders in the La Française SICAV that the following changes will be made to the SICAV's legal documentation as of 27 December 2019
- Sub-funds: “La Française Carbon Impact 2026”, “La Française Rendement Global 2028”:
These maturity funds have the option of investing in securities whose maturities may exceed the fund's maturity date by up to one year. However, the average maturity of the portfolio shall not exceed the maturity date of the fund.
These changes will enter into force as of 27 December 2019.
The other characteristics of the La Française SICAV and its sub-funds remain unchanged.
