As part of its development strategy, Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale is intending to create its own asset management division.
We are writing to let you know that the next step in the creation of this new entity consists in the absorption of La Française Asset Management by Crédit Mutuel Asset Management. This comes as part of its project to form an asset management company consolidating expertise in listed asset management (fixed income, diversified assets and equities) totalling more than €86 billion in assets under management (figures valid as of 31/12/2023). This management structure will offer investors in all segments a broader range of investment solutions, based in particular on integrated extra-financial expertise that fall in line with the ambitions of sustainable asset management.
With this in mind, La Française Asset Management will be absorbed by Crédit Mutuel Asset Management (both of which are already subsidiaries of La Française Group) on 1st May 2024.
Accordingly, La Française Asset Management hereby notifies the holders and shareholders of the UCIs that it manages (as listed in the annex to this press release) that as of 1st May 2024, their UCIs will be managed by Crédit Mutuel Asset Management.
This transfer was approved by the French Financial Markets Authority on 12/04/2024
The other characteristics of the UCIs – in particular their investment strategies, risk/return profiles and all their charges – remain unchanged.
The regulatory documents for each UCI will be amended accordingly and will be available from 1st May 2024 from Crédit Mutuel Asset Management upon request. They can also be viewed or downloaded from www.la-francaise.com and www.creditmutuel-am.eu.
