Paris, 19 May 2026: La Française Real Estate Managers (REM), a subsidiary of the La Française group, the multi-specialist asset management division of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, has acquired off market two recently built light industrial buildings located at 1 rue Camille Decauville, within Parc des Vergers 2, in Tigery (91), in the department of Essonne. The transaction, which was sourced by AZEO Real Estate, was carried out on behalf of a real estate fund.
Built in 2020 on the edge of the Francilienne ring road and in close proximity to Évry, the two buildings are fully leased on a long-term basis and offer approximately 2 300 sqm, divided between office space (17%) and light industrial/warehouse space (83%).
